So, I believe a sale would be a better arrangement for the taxpayer. Thanks for your inquiry. I was very honored to have gotten to know your late father, the great Edwin Arthur Hall, Jr., who served in the US House of Representatives from 1939-1953, and who is arguably the most significant political figure to have come out of the Binghamton area in the 20th century. From him I learned a lot of very important lessons about bypassing and defeating party organizations, and campaigning, especially about the importance of personal contact with voters at their homes, which he told me was the secret to his success. They denied the existence of those problems. Reasonable and honest people know who was being factual, and who was being fatuous. Speaking of fatuousness, I was not aware it was the practice of physicians to make "clinical" diagnoses, without having made an examination. There is no listing for you in the local phone book. So, I'll go out on a limb, and posit that you are no doctor, and that you are definitely a jerk pretending to be one.
