Speaking of fatuousness, I was not aware it was the practice of physicians to make "clinical" diagnoses, without having made an examination. There is no listing for you in the local phone book. So, I'll go out on a limb, and posit that you are no doctor, and that you are definitely a jerk pretending to be one.
